I keep paying for the bike altough the contract was cancelled and I gave back the bike. I don't recommend it for sure. Be careful!

I usually dont leave reviews but at this point I feel like I have to. On the positive: the bike is great, you can pay without a dutch bank account, some of the people are really helpful and the price and the concept is pretty good. But they messed up every single month charging me but one - either too much, too little or charging me even tho I already cancelled my suscribtion. Contacted them that there was an issue and they replied quickly promising me a refund within the next days - its been a month and on top of that I got a reminder that I havent paid for this month yet, that I owe them and ther might be extra costs involved if I dont pay now. Also one of the reasons why I got a boogle bike was too quickly and easily get another one when it does get stolen which unfortunately happend. Again the messed up the payement here not charging me until three months afterwards. Plus the whole process of getting another one was not clear and took about 8 phone calls and three Mails to work. I would not get a bike with them again but who knows, maybe they will improve as their still quite new and need time to figure stuff out.

De service laat zeer te wensen over. Ben het concept van anderen instanties gewend maar dit komt niet in de buurt.
