Would not rent from them. Not professional at all. Booked a car months in advance and was promissed a 2010 car 1.6L and when we went to pick it up they had a 2004 old car 1.2L which only worked 10 minutes. Had to return it and ask our money back(which was not easy as they were saying the car worked perfectly fine) and found a different company. Try to avoid.

They somehow managed to lose the confirmation of our reservation in their system (?!). So even though we had reserved, paid a deposit and gotten everything confirmed, when we arrived, there was no one there and they had no car for us. Not exactly how I had imagined the start of the holidays... :-/ First, they just wanted to send us away, but after insisting, they were helpful in guiding us to the other car rental company in Deva. We're now back home, still waiting for them to pay back the deposit...
