Professional and no hassle atmosphere. Best car shopping experience since I’ve lived in Nevada. I was in communication a few weeks ahead of my visit and the make and model was in stock when I arrived. Buying a car is a process. It doesn’t take two hours. Desert 215 does their best do get you inside your new car efficiently. Definitely recommend and will be back if I’m in the market for a new vehicle

Overall great experience. Place was clean and organized, staff was friendly, Frank was patient and understanding with what we wanted and stayed with us until we were signing papers and even then he continued to ensure our vehicle was ready to roll once done. Our finance guys Will and Brian were also awesome. Both friendly, honest and great to chat with. Didn't even feel like we were doing any paper signing. Wish I would have found them when my son was buying his car we would have come here.

My wife and I borrowed my Dad's Jeep Grand Cherokee (which only had 17,000 miles on it) for a road trip from Los Angeles to Utah. We drove with my in-laws following us in a separate car. About 30 miles from Las Vegas, the Jeep started rattling/shaking, and two warning lights came on--one for \check engine\ and another about the automatic start/stop feature. We pulled over at the next exit and tried to self-diagnose the issue. We quickly realized we needed to find a Jeep service center, and we thankfully found Desert 215's service center. We spoke with Karo, who has my highest recommendation. We was completely understanding of the pickle we were in and said he would take a look. We were thankfully able to drive the Jeep to the service center. About an hour later, Karo called and told us the issue wasn't fixable on the spot and would take a few days. We scrambled to pack everything into the other car, and we left the Jeep with Karo, with the understanding that he would do all he could to fix the vehicle by the time we drove back from Utah to Los Angeles in 7 days. By Wednesday, he called me and said the issues (turned out there were multiple issues) inside the engine were fixed, and all repairs were covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We picked up the car on the ride home. We are so thankful for Karo and Desert 215's service center!
