This review is for the Medi-Spa and Marjory Pante in particular. I have seen Marjory for a few treatments now and each time it's been just amazing. On the business side she is punctual and considerate and does everything she can to accommodate her clients' schedules. I love her for that. The spa is a relaxing place and a nice getaway. I am a 50 woman and so my issues are your typical aging issues. Marjory is so thorough in creating custom facials and deep treatments to improve my skin's condition and help me look my best, with lasting results! I highly recommend her!

Dr Quinn was amazing. She did a full body scan and removed 4 areas in question. She has a calming manner, great communication and runs on time with appointments. The office is clean and organized and staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Quinn who was nice but it was clear did not have much knowledge. She seemed stumped by my basic questions during my skin exam and just wanted to throw prescriptions at everything. Far worse is the front desk staff- I received a collections notice for not paying my co-pay, even though I had paid it at their office. Thankfully I kept my receipt as proof, because they claimed they had no record of my payment! Furthermore, I recently called with an emergency trying to get an appointment within the next week. The lady at the front desk was so nasty and told me to just see my GP (who I had already seen). She then reluctantly said she'd see what she could do and would call me back. Never heard from her again. This is how they treat a past client who had a serious issue. I will not be back!

I could clearly hear all the loud chatter and bad language the medical assistants who I assume worked with the PA were saying outside the door to the exam room. Extremely unprofessional. I most likely will not be returning.
