Misinformed me then called me a liar. Beware - I intended to vacate my locker after my half-price two months were up, so the guy booking me in said he would set the expiry on the opening date. I explicitly asked if I would receive emails or anything to remind me and he assured me that yes, I would. Turns out that doesn't happen. It \isn't a company policy\ and thus I missed the date and got charged full price automatically. No apology, just gentle blaming of me for not keeping track (lesson learned not to trust others again on that front). I said \can you see my frustration as I was told the opposite?\ Access: \He's a senior colleague. He wouldn't have said that as it's not our policy\ \So I'm a liar?\ \I'm just saying what I've said

Staff friendly and helpful but today I experienced some people in the storage unit not wearing face coverings. Hand sanitizer at all entries for customer use. Lift clearly states one person in the lift at a time. Markings on the floor by the lifts, on each floor to adhere to social distancing measures. Had I not experienced people without face masks I would have given 5 stars.
