They are always incredibly helpful and they go above and beyond to help you leave in the vehicle you actually want and can afford.

The service people were nice,but the oil change took 2 hours. I know they were busy, but thought this was excessive. When i tried to get in my vehicle to ho home, i had to climb over the passenger side. They parked my vehicle right next to snother vehicle, not cool. Overall the service was great, and i would go back to have my service done.

I had an amazing experience at DePaula Mazda. The best part was working with Q. He is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He was so great, I bought a jeep and my husband did too! LOL. We will always remember the great experience we had and enjoyed working with the rest of staff too. I love my new vehicle!

The customer service provided by Crystal was excellent. Seemingly, the job I brought the car in for was done well, and it took a very reasonable amount of time. I would love to be leaving a five-star review based solely on those pieces of information. Unfortunately, the sales and office staff of DePaula seem to have their own special "Masks Optional" policy. I observed several salesmen huddled together in a cubicle, one of whom was not wearing a mask at all, and another of whom had his pulled down and resting on his chin. I moved to wait at a different spot, which I abandoned after seeing another salesman without a mask on. I moved to yet another spot where a customer had her mask partly off and was not being instructed to pull it up by the employee who was with her. I moved once again, and saw at least two and possibly three women without masks on at all sitting at desks in the room where the cashier is located. I ended up choosing to spend about an hour outside in 5-degree weather because it felt safer than waiting inside the dealership. While walking to get outside, I observed someone who I assume is in a managerial position who had no mask on at all and was talking to two employees in his private office. One of those employees was actually wearing TWO masks, presumably to compensate for the disrespectful and negligent behavior of his superior. While waiting outside for my car to be finished, I witnessed it being test-driven by a technician who was inside the car with the windows rolled up and HIS MASK DOWN ON HIS CHIN. Oh, well. Who doesn't love driving home in freezing temperatures with the windows down? I'm glad I dressed warmly, and I don't think I will ever be back. If the culture of this dealership is such that they can't be troubled to adhere to basic regulations during a pandemic for the safety of customers, our families, and society in general, how can I trust them to keep my car safe to drive?

I was met almost at the door by my salesman when I walked in. I had a truck in mind that I was interested in. The salesman had the truck ready before I even got there. Experience was so great that when I went to pick my truck up, I brought my wife in and she bought an Explorer. Highly recommend DePaula........GREAT JOB
