Don't normally do this but issuing a fair warning to anyone wanting to get good customer service and transmission repair at the location Dallas drive in Denton Texas, Jimmy/owner/? Would not help at all locating previous vehicle , absolutely no customer service, rude, no documentation of repair, claimed this was my responsibility?screaming on phone, places blame on customers who needed information, wished they spoke in that manner before repair, wouldn't have this problem now. Cannot believe the manner in which they speak to customers after repair. Will never go back or suggest anyone going there. Beware of this location. Check BBB, they say they are new owners, take my word and experience and go somewhere else.

Had transmission rebuilt last month here and have not had a problem since then. Other shop wanted to put in used transmission from some junk yard. Would have been cheaper but after seeing what junk yard transmissions look like, I'm so glad I decided to spend the extra and get mine rebuilt with a warranty. Thank you Jim and Rob for everything. You guys were so informative and honest. If I cpuld give 10 I would.... This is the best repair shop in Denton!!!!
Best place for accurate information on what your car might need in desperate times. Jasmine at the front desk (especially) is amazing and will go out of her way to help you with anything you need what so ever. That girl really deserves a raise for doing good for the company. If you’re looking for quick answers at a reasonable price this is the place. Again, they do everything they can to work with you and find a solution! Five stars from me.
They are supposed to be a transmission shop and don't know what a slip yoke eliminator is. And refused to even try to figure it out. But it's all good I can have plenty of people that wants business. Have 3 jeeps and am wanting to get all done.
