Very poor customer service.Receptionists do not speak proper english and no one can answer a dental question.

Just went there today and everybody that I saw (from the receptionists, to the hygienists, dentists and the principal dentist and owner Dr. Hernandez) were amazing as always. I have been a client of Dentistry on the Q for years now having had my nightguard, retainers, fillings and cleanings done there. They are all so professional and friendly and recommend them to anyone who needs a good dentistry.

Me and my family were really hesitant going back at the Dentist office after quarantine .Dentistry on the Q called us to follow up and after explaining the measures they'd taken to make the office safe and comfortable for everyone we booked the regular hygiene appointments.They made the whole experience of going to the Dentist easy and by doing everything right and at the right time we felt really safe.The care and the professionalism it's even better than before.Dentistry on the Q rocks.Me and my family recommend Dentistry on the Q as the best Dental office in Ontario.Thank you to the whole team for making us feel safe to come in again.

I'm a longtime patient-customer. Overall excellent dentistry. Lulu and Dr. Hernandez are excellent. Today, an administrative staff member who was not wearing a mask tried to charge me 15 for PPE. Not cool.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EVERY TIME! A special thank you to DOCTOR C, I cannot express enough how she has helped me to get where I am today. I use to be horrified going to the Dentist, no more. I'm also very thankful to have Megan as my dental hygienist. She is prefect wonderful always making sure I am comfortable and always delivers top notch service! My girls love going to the Dentist its like taking them out for ice cream they walk out with smiles and hugs. Every member of the Dentistry on the Q is truly noteworthy. True professionalism! Warm, welcoming, personable, accommodating, and are AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO!
