This is one of the more industrialized beaches you can go to close to Den Haag. I was saddened to find quite a bit of trash mixed in with the sand. I did enjoy seeing the artwork some individuals left on the man made pier constructions. See attached images.

Nice beach and place to go
Great place, fantastic for families, good access and easy to get to. Lovely staff even when busy. Even on hot days there is plenty of space around the beach nearby. Has parasol, wind protectors and sun loungers for daily hire around the back. Kids play area at the back as well. Food service at the kiosk can be a little slow on busy days, perhaps need another staff member during peak times.
Good place to walk on the beach and enjoy the sea. There is a cafe right on the beach, with snacks and cold and warm drinks. The beach is uninterrupted for approximately 25 kilometers, all the way to Hook of Holland, so you can have a serious walk if you want. In the summer time it will be quite busy, of course, but not as busy as the neighbouring Scheveningen Beach.
Nice beach. Not very busy. Can bbq and make a little campfire at night.
