I live at one of your apartments for the last two years and your service over the last 6-12 months has been beyond terrible. No hot water 15 times in two months, sometimes I can't take a shower for 3 days in a row. You say you will fix it, then don't fix it, then say you'll fix it and replace the boiler, then don't fix it, then replace the boiler, then there are more problems, then you blame the old repair company, then delay some more, then don't respond to calls. I mean... do your job. You know our house number, come fix the problem properly.

Terrible service! Very poor maintenance of the house! Actually they will charge you hundreds of euro for their own problems. Totally unbelieveable agency. Try you best to avoid it.

Edit: Ik woon momenteel aan de 1e van de Kunstraat 57, beheert door MS Vastgoed a.k.a. Rent Valley. Je weet wel, dat gebouw waar de ratten door het plantsoen lopen. Jullie antwoord zegt al genoeg over de manier waarop jullie met klanten omgaan. Heb m'n review verlaagd van 2 sterren naar 1 ster.
