I am so pleased with the service I received from Photo Expert. I purchased a photo scan box, which I received very quickly. I filled and returned the box, and the turnaround was amazingly quick. I did have some concerns about the quality of the scan I had purchased as I wanted to make photo books, but was assured that the scan quality would be excellent for that purpose. The quality of the photos was perfect and the books looked amazing. I found the pricing to be very reasonable as well.
I ordered an XQD card online from them and two and a half weeks later I am just now told they have had no stock and they haven't even shipped it, and I was only informed of this because I emailed and asked for a tracking number. I have a Nikon Z6 camera I can't use without a card and I need a card for my camera for a week from now for when I am going on vacation. It should have been communicated to me immediately that they had no stock and when they would potentially ship it it when I placed my order... again this should have been several weeks ago.
