Only 20 minute walk into Delph from Deftse Hout campsite. Open countryside beside the site with its own cycle roads and great lakes. Swimming permitted in the lakes. Campsite has outdoor swimming pool but only in high season. Bus service into Delph station from outside site. Friendly staff and very clean facilities.
Great place for relaxing on a sunny day. Hang out with your friends, swim, have a barbecue. Great place for everyone.
Really great to have this nature, swimming area, lake so close to Delft. You can bike there, come by car and park. There are a few toilets. The beach is usually clean and you can barbecue on the grass field.
Good pitches. Bus to town at site entrance. Shop. Staff very friendly and helpful
There is a beach a camping and alot of other fun things to do outdoors definitely recommended but I do also advice to take a look around to see what there is to do
A lovely campsite. Very busy when we visited in July 2019 but the layout is such that there is a cosy feel to each pitch. There was plenty to do on site. Lots of things for kids especially. Very close to an IKEA for those craving meatballs. Mini-market on site for all the essentials. Excellent transport links in to Delft, Rotterdam and The Hague. Loses a star for high prices (compared to others of a similar standard around Europe) and the distance to the only black water point I was able to find. Despite losing a star, I would definitely return.
