Hats off to whoever was working this evening (28th Jan).... Ours sons birthday and wanted pizza, a few issues with online so called the shop and the gent I spoke to was so helpful and took order and displayed excellent customer service. All very friendly and welcoming.... As a result we will be back. We'll done my man, whoever you were

Fantastic pizzas in this branch. Very fast service. Staff are lovely and friendly. Can not fault at all. Only thing is it will be better when they start to deliver but seeing as they’re very new to this area it’s understandable. Not starting a row but as for the person who gave them 1 star as they don’t accept online orders? Complete lie. They’re online via the internet or their app, I ordered online and went to collect my pizza’s so I know that person is wrong. Would definitely recommend this branch if you’re in the area. Some great deals to be had in here too under the offers section. Just had another couple of pizzas from here. Once again they’re amazing, staff really helpful especially Tommy, he bends over backwards for you. Highly recommended.
Ordered food over an hour and a half ago nothing turned up so we tried to call various times and the line was just being put down. My other half has had to drive up there as the Manager in the Chichester store said they couldnt get hold of the Selsey manager...... again unhelpful and terrible customer service. I will not be calling these idiots again.
Disgusting service ordered almost 2 hours ago so had to drive to the branch to be met with staff clearly prepairing food without gloves and people saying they had tried to also call before hand as did I they clearly had taken the phone off the hook. No apology was offered and I got my money back they just said they had a computer glitch absolute worst experience ive ever had they didnt even offer to make it for me also treating other customers in the same way. I am glad I went up to see the unclean branch with them making food without gloves I got my money and will not be going back to this place whoever the manager is needs to be fired. Avoid this hell hole.
Food cold on delivery and dont answer the phone rang twice with over 10mins of waiting for answer still no answer and now over the replacement time disgusting service will complain to head office
Are staying at the Bunn Leisure center, where there is a huge advert for Papas John, but they don't accept online orders from people staying here, and don't pick up the phone. Seems like there is a miscommunication, a shame had already added 4 pizza plus sides and drinks, and wanted to give the place a second chance after a very bad experience in London, but seems like they are not that keen on new costumers.
