I ordered two beach chairs via the website. After four weekdays only one was received. The other was delivered after I sent an email complaining that it was missing. Although the logistic of the company seem to be chaotic, the positive points are that my emails were replied within 24 hours and (most important) the chairs arrived in perfect condition.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This 'company' has no regard for its customers. My experience involves them shipping me both a defective AND damaged piece of furniture. Once I sent them photo evidence of this, they didn't provide any solution or seem to care. After repeatedly telling them that I wanted only to receive a non-damaged, functional replacement, they said that I had to return it to get a refund, AT MY OWN EXPENSE. So in the end I lost money shipping a 25kg cabinet back to them, when it was completely their fault. Will never go to their site again. Definitely not worth their slightly cheaper prices.
I ordered a bed from vidaXL and it was very poor quality and came with defects. Don't order with them!
First time i ordered only half of the items were available. I had trouble to get the money back. it took 2 months of emailing. Second time i order: I am still waiting after 2 weeks and i have not received anything. They do not answer my emails. Frustrating

Gewoon een oplichter bedrijf. Er is geen mogelijkheid voor contact en ook geen garanties. Ze wordt niet antwoorden op mijn email. Ik ben meer dan 3 maanden bezig om contact op te nemen met dit bedrijf voor het vervangen van kapotte stoelen maar ze nemen niet op. Binnen kort ik ga advocaat inschakelen i.v.m. oplichting.
Bij voordeeltrends een hydraulische bedomlijsting met opbergruimte besteld, echter het bed was op meerdere plekken beschadigd en vies, voorplaat gebroken en zaten onder de schimmel. Aangezien mijn vriend erg handig is, besproken dat we het metalen binnenframe wel konden gebruiken, nagevraagd bij voordeeltrends of we hier een regeling in kunnen treffen, maar 2 mails en 2x tevergeefs bellen 5 weken verder, en geen reactie van hun! Uiteraard is het volle bedrag van 240 wel gewoon afgeschreven van de creditcard. Geen goede service/dienstverlening!
het meest loche en arrogante bedrijf wat ik ooit ben tegengekomen. Totaal onbereikbaar en ze reageren nooit op mail of facebook.
