Delancy & Sons just did a total re stucco on our home. They did a fantastic job. They showed up every day and got to work, they cleaned up the site every evening before they left. The owner was there every day checking on things. I showed a picture on my phone of the type of finish I wanted and it was exactly as I hoped it would turn out. From beginning to end was a total of 5 days! Could not be happier.
We had significant cracks and delamination of our stucco. After starting repairs the problems were discovered to be much worse than visible, requiring major carpentry repairs. They were able to resolve all the issues, and the additional work was reasonably priced. Chris and his son stayed on top of the project, keeping us informed, and the final results were beautiful. Would recommend them without reservations.
Chris and Chicago came out to my house and did some stucco bands for my doors and windows. Their work was exceptional and very clean. They kept me informed throughout the whole project what was going on. And I learned quite a bit from them today. In the future if I have any other stucco work I need done it will be Chris that I call. I will recommend him to anyone. Thanks guys.
