This on in the middle of the week and about 5pm in the evening. They had no servers and for my party of 2 the wait 30 to 40 minutes. We ended up at the bar and the bartender was great. Eventhough he was making drinks he as soon had to serve the bar and a small section of tables. Noe that I found was not even his shift but he came in cause they needed help. Now the food was good. The bartender also enforce social distancing. He ask to ask several people that came in to stand behind the line and not up on the customers at the eating, which I appreciated it. So I would give him 5 stars but the place as a whole nope.

The worse experience I ever had. They was supposed to do curbside, I waited 20 minutes after the time of service and went inside. When I got inside, I was told I have to pick up my food in there. So I waited 10 longer, finally a man came out of the kitchen with 4 bags. One was mine. They didn't give me bread, the food was cold and the romaine lettuce was brown, so I threw it out. That's the last Red Lobster will see of me and my family and friends.
Good atmosphere. .Server could use more training in serving no eye to eye contact kept walking away while talking, didn't introduce herself. Just antsy ..
The service was great. I had curbside pickup and the young lady was pleasant. With my meal I did not receive my Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The pasta was so dry I tried to add butter to loosen it up. (Fail) The shrimp was overcooked and hard to eat. While trying to eat my pasta a black piece of metal fell out. I have made a complaint and no one has reached out to me as of today and that was 4 days ago.
This is the signature ultimate feast from red lobster...... I ordered take out that consist of one lobster tail one snow crab A spoonful of rice I ordered a side of broccoli which was not included in my bag they gave me two complementary butter biscuits and a bowl of soup that taste like cheese which was supposed to be lobster bisque. I quickly return to red lobster for a full refund
