My dog & our family have been treated with the upmost kindness from the first time we were referred there. The vets are freely available for advice & are quick to act when needed. Our dog has received on the spot emergency treatment when required & returned to us within hours. She has continued to have wonderful specialist treatment. The vets are very knowledgeable & take time to give an explanation at the right level. They know their patients well & their different ways. Our dog is greeted with such warmth every time she attends. I can not speak highly enough & would definitely recommend this practice.

I wish we lived closer as this would be our regular vets. Pete and his team looked after Dexter (and myself) during a really stressful time. After believing Dexter would lose his eye, Pete gave him the chance and did the surgery. It wasn't straightforward and another operation was needed but now our pup has use of his eye and pretty good vision. I'm so very grateful to all the team here for all you have done for my little boy.

Took our cat Dumpster to see a specialist after a referral from our vets, as we were concerned about his eyesight. The staff there are excellent, we can't thank them enough for seeing him so quickly and although he has gone blind they reassured us it was an age thing not anything untoward disease wise which was a relief for us as his guardians, so thank you all very much for all your help
