Dealer Authority has been MY agency for nearly 3 years now. That is a testament to them because the typical agency has a much shorter shelf life! When I was interviewing agencies, I was looking for something different than the cookie cutter content, OEM approved agency. What made me go with DA is the fact that they are a boutique agency that TRULY loves their clients and take a vested interest in their success. If I am not successful, they are not successful, no matter what the analytics and digital metrics say. There has never been one single time that I have called with an issue, that it wasn’t immediately resolved. I love this company!! Our Social Marketing Expert, Brian West is phenomenal!! What he does to bring out the personality and get engagement on my FB pages is extraordinary!! We have been recognized on a national level by Hyundai of America as having one of the best business pages in the NATION and I never would be able to do that in house! I highly recommend DA to anyone that wants to be different in the marketplace!
