Love, love, love!, Dr De Ramon, he's professional, skilled and delivers realistic expectations! I have had several procedures corrected/revised from prior surgeries done elsewhere. My results are natural appearing and do not appear"plastic". I have referred several close friends and family that are now clients!

I decided to go to De Ramon Plastic surgery institute based on their positive reviews for professional services and staff. After an initial consultation of about 15min and purchasing products for a total of over 300, I was told one of the products was not in. I was invited to come back to the office to pick this up, however since I live about 30 min away I asked for the office to call me in the chance I would be in the area to pick it up or for the office to mail it to me. I was told the product would be in on Wed, however I called the office on Friday when I didn't recieve a call. At that point I asked for the product to be mailed. It was a huge dissapointment to have 2.20 charge from the post office. I made an appointment for a facial as well as a consult for plastic surgery. I was charge 125.00 to save the appointment. I can understand 125 for the consultation fee but 125 to save the appointment. After all this I will be cancelling my future appointments as this office is money driven and not patient care driven.

Dr. deRamon is a wonderful plastic surgeon! He is extremely professional and kind and goes above and beyond to make his patients feel comfortable and happy. He takes his time answering questions and concerns that you have. Many doctors can make a visit feel rushed so they can see as many patients as possible and often you can feel like just another number to a practice but Dr. deRamon makes his patients feel like he genuinely cares about their well-being. He’s extremely thorough with his work and that’s incredibly important and admirable. I wouldn’t choose any other plastic surgeon to do my Botox. He answered all my questions, made me feel at ease during my visit and walked me through every step of the process and even joked around too! 110% would recommend him to anyone close to me and in general.
