Open to public. Requires to order by phone, which is quick and convenient. Their main office line is their sales, which is able to quote immediately I am a DIY for auto repair. Bought an o-ring splicing kit here and a couple feet of o-ring cords. It does not need a minimum order (it seems like). The splicing kit is made in China, with poor quality, but it is the norm for under 50 accessory regardless where you source it. Price is cheaper than order from eBay, which cost 32. Staffs are friendly. I will come and buy again.
DD Engineered Products know what they are talking about and there is no BS. Great service, and wide product scope - spiral wound gaskets, packing, components, seals, rubber gasket, non-asbestos sheet, metallic gaskets, plastic gaskets, paper gaskets... They're in Mississauga in a pretty good spot, and if you're in a rush and need a quick return they're great. Two thumbs up. lou
