Jonathan came out and measured our pool area for fencing and gates per our plans. He was VERY nice, on time and professional. Then Joe came out with another crew member (nice young kid, didn't get his name) and installed our posts then the next day our fencing panels and gates. We had our fencing installed on top of a retaining wall with cement caps so there was an issue with more than normal movement within the posts due to the inconsistency of the cement that filled the block under the caps of the wall. Maradith in the office had Joe come out a few days later that next week and made some simple changes and additions and it is now ROCK SOLID! Joe and his sidekick were on time, called when on their way as requested as I have dogs, very professional yet had a sense of humor and personality. Hard workers and get the job done. NO, things weren't perfect the 1st go round BUT they still get 5 stars because of the way that they handled the issue, the promptness and professionalism. Jonathan, Maradith, Joe and sidekick are great people and just want to please the customer and they did. The quality of our fencing is great, the color matches the trim on our house and the gates all operate perfectly. I hate having to have a fence around my pool but it is the law and for others safety - DCS made it look classy and not so commercial/industrial looking. THANK YOU! I will definitely use you again when needed and refer you to my neighbors who are also going to be building pools in the near future.
