The entire process was seamless. We visited and became residents within a smooth week. It was a desirable property with welcoming neighbors and staff. It goes without saying that Melanie was a major influence on our initial reasons to sign but the amenities and apartment features sold the deal. We just love it here!

BEWARE - MOLD I lived at Solle Davie for over a year in unit 4207. I really loved my apartment and all of my wonderful neighbors. I thought I had found the perfect place to live. Unfortunately, in August of 2020, I discovered that my entire apartment was covered from FLOOR TO CEILING in MOLD. If you actually scroll down the reviews on Google, you'll see I'm just one of MANY who experienced a mold issue so bad that we were forced to leave! I lost thousands of dollars worth of furniture, clothes, shoes, purses, and Solle has done NOTHING (see photos). I spent almost a week in hotels because my apartment was uninhabitable, and again, Solle has done NOTHING to help me. They did the absolute bare minimum as far as mold remediation efforts and refused to do any air testing after the alleged emediation\. They refused to offer any confirmation that my apartment was actually safe to inhabit after the alleged remediation efforts. I finally brought in a third party mold remediation company to test the air in my unit, and this report confirmed that the unit STILL had dangerously high levels of mold! Yet again, Solle did the absolute bare minimum and refused to actually remediate the apartment to the industry standards. I was able to speak with three out of the six tenants in my building and ALL three of them told me they were experiencing some sort of mold issue (in their closets, in their bathrooms, and in their kitchens). Throughout this entire exchange Solle treated me, a 23 year old student, like I was garbage. They continuously acted as if I somehow did something wrong, when I always paid my rent on time, kept my apartment spotless, and even recommended the community to friends. I was left with no choice but to vacate my apartment on August 28th. By the next morning, August 29th, this unit was listed for lease on their website once more for someone else to suffer with. This was, without a doubt, the worst leasing experience I've ever had.
I have had an amazing experience at Solle Davie. The staff have gone above and beyond to support me during my move (in a pandemic no less!). I am so lucky to live in such a great community. Everything has exceeded my expectations. Adrian in particular has been super helpful! You won't find better people anywhere else
I love this place!!! My aunt lives here and she cannot see herself living anywhere else! The staff is always very attentive and the manager is quick to assist her with any questions she had. They made the transition to moving here the best we have ever experienced this far. Definitely recommend living here not only are you getting a great place but wonderful people willing to meet any needs. Seriously considering moving here when my lease is up!!
