Much improves country park on the outskirts of Daventry. All the paths are now made (no longer mud baths) with nature trails to follow. Excellent little cafe, serving hot and cold food and drinks. This space is definitely a highlight of the area.

New to the area, saw the road signs and decided to visit on a very hot September afternoon. Walked some of the way round, the views are lovely and I saw plenty of birds especially by the water. The cafe was a welcomed find, friendly staff and well positioned. Great place for families to explore and a lovely oasis for wildlife.
Really good to walk around, especially with your dog. But at this time of the year expect them to come back very muddy! :)
A great place to take the kids on a weekend. Adventure playground is good, parents can also slip away for peaceful walk around the water.
It's a good place for a family day out, alot of walking and refresh your day with Nature and fresh air. You can see different varieties of ducks and lot of different birds, squirrels, rats etc. Unfortunately currently due to Covid-19 alot of walkways are closed but you will still enjoy. Also the kids playground is massive with alot of rides and there is exercise machinery there as well. We enjoyed our day out there.
