One of few best soulfood in town. Its "Urat Sapi Oseng Cabe Ijo" its my fave here, along with "Bakar Bujang Gadis", its signature grill fish. Bit pricey but its worth it :)

The restaurant is not easy to find as the actual address in Google and their actual location are very different. We have hard to time to get there and return to our hotel. The food quality is good but average taste. Claimed a fusion style and I think can future improved as the spice used can be too strong in some of the food we ordered like chili prawn. The sate chicken with black sweet sauce is good. The meat is tender and well cooked. The chili prawn is overpowering but the chili and the prawn is overcooked! It is hard inside. The lamb meat fried rice was good and do order half position is just for you and your partner. The steamed clam is really good as the clam is fresh and the meat is sweet. The food portion here is really large when you order it from the menu. So do ask for half on all the dishes in the menu if you are there alone or just 2 of you! The salad is underrated but basically eating green on some spicy and salty sauce..

I want to give 4.5 stars, but there's no .5 star in google... The ambient of the restaurant is good. Love the open kitchen. Their servers are ok, quite helpful. Their food are very tasty. They're really not afraid to spice their food up. The menu I recommend here is their Nasi goreng kambing (or lidah if you don't like lamb). Their nasi goreng kambing taste different than most nasgor kambing where they use curry powder, this one has no hint of curry powder whatsoever. This is where I deduct the mark from 5 star to 4.5 star. The Nasi goreng kambing at Java Negra (same group and owner as Daun Muda) somehow taste far superior from here, although they should actually taste the same. The lamb was a bit gamy, where in Java Negra the lamb was not gamy at all. This fried rice comes with green chilli sauce... and again, the one at Java Negra taste better and more fresh. I also recommend their Sate Ayam Manado. Their chicken skewer is very juicy and their dabu-dabu sauce is very refreshing. Another menu I recommend is their Urat sapi oseng cabe ijo. This one is a little bit more spicy than other food we ordered but this is so good. We ordered smoked beef tounge. If you like thick cut cow tongue, this one is for you. For vegetable we ordered terong balado with shrimp, this one was ok. Iga bakar hitam manis was good. They made their wagyu beef rib fell off the bone. Their sop buntut is ok, I've tasted better elsewhere. One menu I don't really like is their Ijo royo royo (smoked chicken with green chilli). The smoky flavor from the chicken is very overpowering. There were 6 of us eating at the time, and this was our least favorite menu. I recommend ordering a side of white rice, because their food are very flavorful and white rice would balance the flavor. Although their food is a bit on the expensive side, they give a generous amount of food.

Restaurant offers a great variety and options of traditional Indonesian food mainly seafood, lamb , beef and chicken. Food tastes nice with many spice and herbs and presentation is appealing enough. The dining area is well-lit and the atmosphere is calming. The building is cool and sanitized. Music is played from a phonograph in the background. Prices can exceed 100k for 2 people. A bar is located across the kitchen. Staffs are attentive and hard-working. Overall my visit was enjoying and i didn't encounter any concerns. I would suggest Daun Muda for special occasions.

Great traditional taste. The menus are served in big portion for sharing. We ordered the ayam goreng kampung (fried chicken), ikan bakar (grilled fish) and the most recommended nasi goreng lidah sapi. Réservation est obligatoire.

Indonesia fine dining foods at its best. Influenced by Palembang and Manado taste so expect a fiery hot kick taste of chillis, shallots and limes. All delicious. Recommended.

A really nice place to hang out with your friends and loved ones, for brunch or even for dinner. These foods are amazing in so many levels. The ambiance is so warm and delightful, on the very first step, you could tell that this place feels like home.

Great interior, delicious food, what more would you ask? Except maybe for a slight cheaper price...
