I spoke to Howard about a hard drive that I was having difficult accessing. He was very well informed and actually recommended that I contact another company that he knew was very reputable and he believed were ideal for the specific job. It is rare today that you encounter such honesty and professionalism in business. Very impressed and I would recommend Howard and his company to anyone who is having challenges with data recovery. Should I have any problems in the future I will not hesitate to get in contact with Howard. Cannot recommend more highly.

Great communication and pulled out all the stops to help rescue my data. Howard even ordered some parts before the disc had been received but i had given the wrong info and this didn't work. Unfortunately the disc has had to be sent on for further work but Howard recommended a reputable place for repair.

Howard and his team at Apex came to our rescue really. My mother passed away and my father had old family videos of her recorded onto DVD RAM cartridge disks. At the time he desperately needed to watch these for comfort, his DVD player broke and we couldn't replace it to play these particular disks. Enter Apex. Their service was prompt and so professional. Howard kept us in the loop at all stages of the process and was never too busy to answer questions. The footage was converted seamlessly onto DVD and we were also able to get a USB hard drive copy of the footage so we'll never lose it again. The joy they have restored - well you can't put a price on that but their services are very reasonably priced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apex to anyone.
