The address is out of date on waze and google maps. The online class schedule is wrong. There is no signage outside or on the building. I was asked for a coupon for the offered single free trial class; the form to register doesn’t have a functioning submission button. The space itself is run down with a broken barre on the floor, no mirrors, trash etc. Parents wait in the overheated hallway. The class teacher didn’t ‘teach’ any technique. She ran through a series of moves to memorize with a song. The 2 classes listed online were merged into one, and all the other girls were much older. The teacher didn’t offer any help or praise to any of the students. My daughter couldn’t keep up, (she is 6) was quickly overwhelmed and began to cry and then sit in the corner. The teacher asked her from across the room if she was ok, and then continued on. The studio owner did come to check on her as I comforted her. We left.
