I had a convenient, safe and efficient experience in leasing my new 2021 RAV 4 at South Toyota. We had an appointment to get to which made the process somewhat quick and both our salesperson, Mike Kinsman, and our Financial Assistant were very helpful to get us out the door on time. The showroom floor had a lot of great models to look at as well. The whole experience was great.

I was at the dealership to check out the difference between Tundra and Tacoma and I was planning to buy a truck in a few weeks. I was taking pics so I can make a decision and one of the employees wearing shorts and a shirt started yelling at me and said no pics. I have been to several dealerships and they won't stop you from taking pics. I told him the reason I was taking pics and he said, I don't care no pics. This happened on 10/08 now management can narrow down who was wearing Grey shorts / Black Cap and a white shirt. I am taking my business to another dealership. For the Record I took Pics at Toyota of Irving on the same day and no Questions / Yelling
