I don't routinely give 5 stars. On behalf of my mother and my family, I would like to thank the wonderful people who respectfully cared for and watched over her until her final breath. The staff we were blessed with encountering were top notch, respectful, trustworthy and just good knowledgeable people!! Highly recommend.

If it were possible to leave no stars I would. Our families experience has gone for bumpy in the beginning to superb and full circle back to horrible service. First nurse had never worked with a child that has a tracheostomy. Overall after 4-5 different nurses through this agency we had ONE nurse that was qualified (and caring) for our son. We had multiple extremely unqualified individuals come to our home and the agency seemed unable/unwilling to find anyone qualified once our nurse relocated. The home manager went so far as to suggest my wife was being too difficult with the nurses in our home. Suggesting we shouldn’t be outspoken or advocate for our medically fragile 2 year old! We were notified today the company was “discharging” our son from care after months without a single phone call. We were under the impression they were actively seeking skilled nursing for our area but it seems my family was more trouble than it was worth. Very disappointed in this provider as there isn’t many options for skilled pediatric nursing in this area.
Dakota Home Care does an outstanding job in providing competent and compassionate person centered care. In a day when \We'll be there\ often means 'we might show up,' Dakota Home Care means what they say and DOES what they say. I've had several occasions when the service they provided a client made all the difference between going home or going to a nursing home. I would recommend Dakota Home Care without reservation. I have been a employee with Dakota Home Care for 3 months now, and I have to say, that I honestly love working for them. It has turned out to be a perfect fit. Flexible scheduling, great on the job training and orientation. The best part beside the wonderful staff of Dakota Home care is the wonderful family and clients that you get to work with and get to know on such a personal level, and work as a team to provide the best care possible. I have been working for Dakota Home Care 5 years. I can’t say enough about how they are caring, understanding , etc. Dakota Home Care, maybe a small/medium company but every time you walk through the front door you feel like your at home! I know if I ever need a pick me up when I’m feeling down I call Dakota Home Care, the management staff understand n can relate to your feelings and I know I can call during business hours n get Bev, MorgAn, Malory, anyone one person in the office by the time we end with the call, I have a smile on my face n feeling better! Dakota Home Care is the best company I have worked for.
