Food was spot on service was not so good but will order again due to the steak and chips being so nice only problem girl on the phone needs to more helpful and deliver on time the 4 star is definitely for the food definitely worth ordering only thing I can fault is service or it would be a 5️

Food on point always, but inconsistent service and the girls working there can be polite and realise we are paying customers. The two girls working there couldnt even crack a smile or take order properly when we were giving ours. One of them was so rude and swearing after she walked away. Used to be regular Friday visitors, now unsure as dont feel the establishment care about whom they employ and how they speak to customers. If this was first point of service experience the rest is marred by the disrespect caused.

Ordered the food at 9.45 was told it would arrive by 10.30 on the uber eats app. Didn't arrive. I called the restaurant they said to wait 10 minutes. I waited 30. Called again didn't pick up. Called again at 11.30 worker said she could get food made then. FOOD WASNT EVEN MADE TILL 11.30. Rubbish service. Definitely will not be ordering again. Ended up cancelling my order. Will see if u get my refund tomorrow like promised.

Ordered on Uber eats said delivery was 5-20 min. As soon as payment went through it changed to an hour and a half ??? Phoned up to double check and the girl on the phone was extremely rude and tried to make me feel bad about phoning? Shocking customer service!! Avoid at all costs! This place doesn’t deserve your money!!!
