To be honest if I could I will give them 0 stars. My sister ordered balloons for my wedding anniversary and they were all half dead. One of the balloons said Mr&Mr instead of Mr&Mrs, 2 other balloons we ordered were half dead. We called in to report this and TONY was very rude. He didn’t want to listen to what we had to say instead he started swearing and getting rude. This customer service is very unacceptable, he turned the phone off on us and didn’t answer our call after. NEVER BUY FROM HERE ! They are a big disappointment!

Service is not great very slow and not helpful at all . Very small card various and 0rice not cheap not worth to come . Better have look some in shopping centre you will have better range of cards and cheaper .

Firstly, I hate doing this. I want to support local businesses. However, after rude customer service, complete refusal to listen to reason, and a blatant 'don't care' attitude, I have no choice. I had ordered a balloon for my sister's birthday to be collected from the Elm Park branch. I was outside for opening, waiting to collect. Phone call to say sorry but shop is shut. Completely understand in these difficult times. The balloon was ready at the dagenham store, but I couldn't get there. They offered delivery. Great! They said it should be there in an hour, hour and half at latest. I needed it by 11 30 at the latest so was there when my sister arrived. Was assured it would arrive by then. Kept calling and was told ' maximum 10 minutes'. At 10 past 12 the driver turned up. We had already got a different balloon (sister's 21st didn't want to take chances.) Before the driver turned up, I told them I wanted to cancel. The lady assured me someone would contact me. No one got back to me. I refused the balloon when the driver finally arrived and said I wanted a refund. I left a message yesterday and calls. Nobody got back to me until I called today. INCREDIBLY rude man returned my call. Refused refund because balloon was personalised and 'only' 40 minutes late. Tried to explain that I was there to collect at 10. I didn't want a delivery! Was told that's not their problem. They offered free delivery (which I was grateful for. Had it arrived in time, no issues!) I was reasonable. I wanted the balloon! But when it wasn't delivered at the latest possible time they promised it would be delivered, I had no choice but to source one elsewhere. He said a refund wouldn't have been given even if I said no to free delivery. Would never recommend. Try Pacific Balloons instead. Incredibly professional service.
