I have been L’Epilation auf der Kö client for LPG and Laser for a few years. I keep coming back as I noticed good results of the treatments. Moreover everyone there make me feel like home. I certainly recommend it.

I am a long term customer of L'epilation and am very happy with services provided. I recommend it for good services and high technology.
Very unprofessional and low quality service. I spent more than 2000 here and I did not get any relevant result. Of course the laser lower the speed of hair growth and it seems you get results because the hair growths slowly between sessions, but once you stop more than 2 months you can see that all the hair starts growing again. I understand that the results depends on many factors and they are different for each person, but I cannot accept these misbehaviours from the owner herself, who did my last sessions: - she was always late at the appointments (30min or more) - continously checking her phone during some of the laser sessions - never answered the phone when trying to reschedule - not properly doing the treatment using the lower power at the beginning in order to make you need more sessions, not using gloves or safety glasses I hope this review is going to be useful for other people considering L'epilation, and if you check their fb page you can find other useful reviews.
Best Laser institute ever tried ! I have done Laser in few places in France and I can tell this one is the best I’ve ever been. I have called few places in Düsseldorf before and had to wait one month to get an appointment ! Also I wasn’t really sure about the machine they used, and I haven’t been confirmed it was for sure Laser and not IPL. I really appreciate L’épilation for few reasons: 1.\tReally performant Laser machine (actually the best on the market right now) that has made its proofs on me : I have done for the first time the half-legs there and almost no hair left after only one time. I was impressed. I have also kept on the intimate zone I started in Paris, and the machine finished the work. Good to know as well : I am really sensitive, and this machine is way less painful than the other ones I’ve tried before ! 2.\tThe team is really professional : nice and serious in their job. For example, I wanted to do laser on my arms, but the beautician told me honestly that it won’t provide me the results I would expect as my hair are too blond, and really too thin. 3.\tConvenient opening hours when you have an office time schedule and, 4.\tAt last but not least, prices are more than acceptable for Laser. Of course, it’s an investment, but really worth it ! I definitely recommend this place !

Erstklassiges Ambiente gepaart mit einer Beratung seinesgleichen. Die Mädels sind sehr sympathisch und wissen wo von sie reden. Vor allem mit den Ergebnissen der dauerhaften Haarentfernung bin ich sehr zufrieden. Das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch. Verstehe hier die negativen Kommentare nicht , man muss bedenken das es nicht so schnell geht aber dafür dauerhaft bleibt und gutes braucht eben seine Zeit. Weiter so !
Ich war heute zum dritten Mal bei l'epilation. Das Studio ist umgezogen, die neuen Räumlichkeiten gefallen mir sehr gut. Die Behandlung (Laser) wird sehr professionell durchgeführt und ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und beraten. Das Lasern selbst ist zwar etwas unangenehm, habe jedoch bereits nach der 2. Behandlung erste Erfolge gesehen. Ich bin daher super zufrieden und kann das Studio weiter empfehlen! :-) Liebe Grüße
