Probably the best fish Restaurant in Cadiz. Super friendly Service (even for non spanish speakers), authentic tapas and amazing fresh fish from the Grill. The atmosphere is very lively and perfect for a Summer night. Just make sure to reserve a table or be there right when they open.

We were recommended to come here by a local and I am definitely glad we came. You have to ask for a table, which waited about 15 minutes for (there were just 2 of us). They have a bar you can order a drink at while you wait, which was great. The drinks just get added to your tab as you wait for a table. You can’t go to the bar unless you’re going to sit down for food. The food was traditional and perfectly executed. We had the salmorejo (great balance of tomato and garlic, not too much garlic at all), croquetas (stuffed with chicken and bechamel —maybe my favorite dish), the fried gallo (fried fish —very good but maybe a bit dry), the grilled chipirones (full squid that has great seasoning and a side salad of tomatoes, peppers and onions, that was much appreciated). Seating is all outdoors and the hostess was very accommodating, she offered us a table on the side street right away in case we were very hungry but understood when we turned her down to wait for a better table. There were live street musicians playing whims we ate our delicious lunch. They take credit card here, which is super convenient. I would come back here 100%

The clams were in a fishy tomato sauce that overwhelmed the delicate flavour of the clam. The hake in batter was greasy and could be any white fish. Squid a la plancha had the squid stuffed and with their quill in place the flavour was bitter. The serving staff was attentive and helpful which was a pleasure.
