Another outstanding experience with Custom Theater and Audio. Two TVs perfectly matched with sound bars as recommended by John and Alan, both are very knowledgeable. We recently moved to the area and we’re having difficulty figuring out how to get the tv’s where we wanted them. We visited the store and talked over some options. They offered us to have someone come out to house and see what they would be able to. John was very thorough and explained everything and how they could hang the mounts. Yesterday we had 3 TV’s hung on mounts that could swivel along with a mantle mount that sits above the fireplace and can be pulled down easily. John and Shawn were on time, extremely professional, and had to overcome several obstacles with running wires down through the attic and creating a new power source. Would highly recommend and if we ever needed audio or vehicle will definitely return.

Highly recommend these guys! They are nice, knowledgeable, and flexible to tailor their work to fit your situation. We already had a system that we installed ourselves, but some things just weren't working correctly. Even though we didn't buy the components from them (wish we had vs relying on online reviews - no way to know nuances of different equipment unless you have experience with it), they came out and tuned it up for a very reasonable price. If you need AV work in the DeBordieu area, call Custom Theater and Audio.

These guys are the greatest!! They installed a system for me about 3 years ago. If there is ever a problem (which is rare) I can be sure that a tech will be here to fix the it. They respond to service calls very quickly. Once a tech came the same day. Courteous, professional staff. I highly recommend these guys.
