Clothes were not washed properly. There was dirt still on the bottom of my jeans, it is like there was not detergent used. Staff did not want to accept payment when dropping off the clothes, probably so that the 10% discount for pre paying would not have to be given.

Professional appearance. Used for undergarments, basic t-shirts, jeans and did a great job with same day service. Dropped off at 10:30am, done by 6:30pm for pick up. Very reasonable price (approx 6 soles/kg).
Too expensive for a service that is pretty much average. I used 4 different laundry services in Cusco, 3 of them provided by hotel at different prices (lower than this one). They look really professional and they charge 3 soles more than the average one but the result is pretty much the same. Clothes are more clean for sure, but they don't smell nice and mine were folded badly. I would try elsewhere.
They say you get what you pay for. That's certainly the case here. It costs a little bit more but they do a great job and it's still cheaper than the hotels. Highly recommended and will use them again when back in Cusco.
Loved this place! Our clothes were freshly pressed and spotless on return. We never thought our clothes would be clean again after our 5 day Salkantay trek!
Did a great job. No shrinkage, damage or losses. Smelled good and folded. People writing bad reviews due to it being "expensive" should take their clothes to the river and wash it themselves.
Dropped our laundry off at 9 and it was ready at 5:30. They did a good job and it was neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. Very reasonably priced especially compared to the hotel laundry cost. The place was busy with many locals so I expect that is a good sign. They also do dry cleaning.
These guys are super professional, the place hums like a factory. They know their schedule and can tell you exactly when your laundry will be ready. Quick turnaround (within the day), everything clean and folded well, nothing damaged or missing.. really solid, would recommend
