No hot water. Stayed 6 nights at Kokopelli Cusco in December. Had 1 hot shower, 1 warm shower, and the rest were cold. Kept telling the staff, but apparently there were issues with the water heaters. Also, the in house travel agency was closed. The breakfast was pretty limited. (Juice, Piece of bread with your choice of jam or butter, and you can request eggs to order). Room was clean enough by hostel standards.

It was a very good price and a nice room, but I'm not happy about security kicking my date out so rudely. I paid for double occupancy, and I expected double occupancy, otherwise I would've stayed in a dorm. There was nothing that would state that I can't have a guest over. I had a date that went well, and I invited her over. Security simply kick my guest out in the cold, without any chance of explanation. It was embarrassing, and totally uncalled for. I argued about it in the morning, and the security falsely claimed that I was drunk (I wasn't, but why would it matter if I was?). Then management said that I can have a girlfriend over, but no random guests. I'm sorry that I don't agree with your puritan beliefs, but you shouldn't expect every solo guest to be abstinent while on vacation.
5 star hostal and highly recommended. It's mostly directed to young people but it has very much taste and a calm air. Will definitely come back!
Love it, the location, the colonial style, price and attention. Excellent, recomended!!!
I had the best experience at this hostel, the breakfast was amazing every morning, the pisco sour was just perfect and the rooms were big and comfortable, location was great only 5 min walk from cusco main square. Staff was very friendly and welcoming I stayed for 15 days and I meet a lot of nice travellers there. Defently recommended
I was very happy with my accommodations here. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price for my bunk in a 8 bunk dorm was very reasonable. There were a lot of common areas. I really enjoyed the restaurant upstairs since I got hit hard with high altitude sickness and couldn't make it very far in search of food. I had multiple things off the menu which were large portions and delicious as well. I would stay here again if I travel to Cusco again in the future.
Probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed and definitely the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had in any hostels in the world
Very clean: they clean all bathrooms 3 times daily amazing breakfast: maybe the best I ever enjoyed in a hostel Comfy beds plus extra blankets because it can get quite cold at night Free hot water and tea Staff is super friendly and helpful Laundry is super fast and the clothes are really clean which isn’t always the case when traveling through South America The only thing I really didn’t like was that the dorm (deluxe female dorm) had no window. Therefore it kind of smelled a little musty.
