Try and get room 402. We lucked out with a good price and ended up in this huge room with a king sized bed and an amazing panoramic view of Cusco. No mirror in the bathroom and spotty towel service though. If you can’t get this room or the other on the 4th floor I wouldn’t recommend it. The staff are nice and helpful and the included breakfast is reasonable (though the coffee is cold and bad). We had to switch to a room on the second floor after a few days and it was nowhere near as good. Highly recommend if you get room 402 the view and the comfort of the room make it totally worthwhile, otherwise look elsewhere.

Excellent value for money. A little hard to find. But everything you need is on the doorstep.
They promised wi fi and that we could pay with credit card, but when we arrived there they say that paying with credit implied 5 percent more on the price... also they promised a heather (we travel on winter) but we could turn it on just for 3 hours maximum. We didn't have wi fi which was troublesome
We booked with Booking for a first night, they didn't take it into account. They finally found a room for us, but the shower was cold. We booked an other night directly at the reception for one night our trek to Machu Picchu. When we arrived at the hotel, they had forgotten our reservation, and didn't apologize at all. After one hour discussion, they finally booked us a room in an other hotel, but without any discount. They never admitted that they made a mistake, they are really dishosnest people, run !
Excelente Hotel. Me hospede por 3 dias en Diciembre 2020 y puedo decir que la atención es A1 asi como sus habitaciones. Lo recomiendo.
