An absolute must activity when in a Cusco! Our day began with a tour of the local market by the chef, Jesus. He taught us about local foods and picked out ingredients for our meal. We arrived at the very beautiful and clean facility where we learned how to make Peru’s signature drink, pisco sour, and dish, ceviche to start. We then made an entree and dessert. Jesus is passionate about what he does and loves his country! Awesome activity!

My wife and I had a fantastic time doing this cooking class with Jesus as our instructor. We were a small group of 5 which was nice. We enjoyed visiting the market, shopping for our ingredients, and then prepared the dishes with lots of helpful instructions and information from Jesus. There was a lovely assistant too which took care of the cleaning and washing and some of the more boring tasks. I highly recommend this cooking class.

Enjoyable afternoon. Market tour was really interesting and we made a range of delicious dishes. Jesus, the chef, adjusted all the recipes to be vegetarian for us and was excellent at explaining all the recipes, ingredients and offering ways to make each recipe vegan. Highly recommend
