I'm sitting in the waiting room as I write this so we'll see if my opinion changes. I'm getting an oil change and rotation, simple enough. As of yet; very friendly staff, clean establishment, easily recognizable from the road, somewhat small parking lot for the service center, complimentary coffee and cookies with vending machines in waiting area. I also over heard an employee talking to a customer about a mishap, something about an oil change and sorry he missed it. I assume it was ordered and not performed but again I was just over hearing and unsure about the details. The employee was extremely professional and apologetic then offered compensations for the inconveniences to which the customer agreed. I thought the offer sounded very fair and if it were me, I would have been satisfied with the offer. Mishaps happen people, but I will most likely return with what I have observed thus far.

I work in the oilfield & have been working 16hr days 7 days a week for 3mos. I was due for an oil change, and on the only day I had a chance to leave early before they closed was today as my relief came in early. I have a company vehicle and we go through a fleet service for repairs. They are out of PA & therefore were closed @ 4:15 TX time as their time zone is an hour ahead. When I arrived after setting this up with them the previous day. The Service Manager & his team did something I have not seen in a long time ... they seen a man in need & went ahead & performed the service on a simple handshake that I would make sure they are paid tomorrow. That is unheard of these days ... re me of when a man's word counted. Service was quick, Professional, Comfortable waiting room & Genuine Southern Hospitality that you never see anymore these days. I would/will recommend anybody that I come across the Partners. I will be taking my truck to them for here on out. Much Respect & Appreciation for someone that looks out for & understands the situation. LOVE VICTORIA, BUT LOVE CUERO JUST AS MUCH. Hard to find good ol fashioned service and people who are about the Customer!!!
