Amazingly huge prices and terrible service. When you are choosing it in their office it doesn't look so, but after long calculation it magically appears that a curtain for one window costs \u003e600 euro. So we've ordered anyway because we really didn't have more time to spend on curtains. It took almost 2 months to deliver and they've forgot to bring one pair of curtains. No one even apologized, they've called a week later and were insisting that I have to pick it up from their office and hang them myself! The only reason we decided to go with their service is that for such money we've expected a smooth service. I am deeply disappointed.

Vandaag zou Mark komen met stalen voor vloer 45min. voor de afspraak belt hij, verder dan 15km is 16 km. Kunnen niet leggen en of ik wil doorgeven wat ik wil. Al 2x kontakt met de winkel gehad,was goed gekeurd voor leggen en doorgegeven welke stalen ik wil zien. Er is geen communicatie. Was onbeschoft. Slechte firma

Beloftes niet nakomen wat betreft levering gordijnen. Bij aankoop werd gezegd dat het 3 tot 4 weken zou duren. Na vijf weken wachten ineens tot 6 weken levertijd. Uiteindelijk 7 weken moeten wachten omdat er vertraging op de levertijd van de stof zat, grrr.... Na 2 maanden hangt de zoom los. Bij navraag over de service zou het minimaal 14!! dagen duren, omdat ze naar Roemenië gestuurd moeten worden. Bedankt Roobol voor de 'service' maar dit knap ik dan zelf maar op!!
