This is definitely a really nice looking cruise port. My first impression was the decor looked really good .from the plants and trees they had inside the port lobby ,it looked really cool plus it was very clean. I was impressed by the ambiance. The staff was very helpful with me and my wife. The process was smooth getting our sail & sign cards,the staff answered all of our questions fully. Our time at this cruise port was a good one. And it was a Beautiful day out in Miami one my favorite city's.

Rolled off the shuttle, went straight in, was cleared and then straight to the ship. If you cruise out of the port of Miami, DO NOT ASSUME YOUR TERMINAL IS THE ONE ON YOUR ITINERARY!!! Give yourself plenty of time up arrival, ask before they take your luggage if that is your ship. We almost missed our cruise because the ticket was wrong and the porter didn't check our preprinted luggage tags. Be diligent and proactive and you'll be fine.
