Love the hospitality and the food was amazing only drawback was the available payment options. They should offer other payment options for better customer experience.

Just loved this place. It is a stop for India's largest luxury cruise ship. And people love visiting these ports. Make sure you travel by cruise atleast once in a lifetime. The terminal is small for accommodation of large cruise passengers. Wheelchair isn't easily available for the timing. And also the washrooms are hard to reach. There is a high level security involved in entering the ship.

when you walk from the pier, a lot of local taxi driver trying to force young ride their taxi. they keep yelling and trying to get you into their taxi. whenever you tell them the location you want to visit, then they keep offering another place like scam. and then you need to tell them again I'm only going to that location. you will see a lot of cow around walking. The place is little bit dirty. Even one of my friends, got charged for 200 for riding tux tux around the town for couple minutes, when he reported to the local police, seems like they don't care too.

There is a new Indian cruise service from this terminal. Luxury Karnika ship by Jalesh cruises plies between Mumbai and Goa. Great new international experience onboard with Indian food options and entertainment. There's shopping and spa service too. Sunrise and sunsets on waste sea during the cruise are amazing

It's was awesome experience to have a half day and full night on the cruise.... For one rhe board was good but requires some improvement, staff always supportive and guiding.... sign boards in some areas are in foreign language not understood, overall good experience... One may have it in their leisure time...
