Called in to look at a car which was too small for me, but told the staff what I was looking for. Received a call a couple of days later to say that an ideal car for me was coming. It was indeed very good and when a problem was discovered, Fernside were very helpful in coming to an amicable solution. All the staff I met were polite and helpful and the paperwork was carried out very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolute sham of a company. I bought a Jaguar X Type from them over 2 years ago. The had problems with the radiator and heating from the day after I bought it. I took it back and after keeping it for a week they claimed they had fixed it, the head gasket blew as I was bringing back home. I had the car towed back to them for repairs. They kept telling me that it was being fixed and at one point 3 months later they started screening my calls and would not respond to calls, texts or letters that I wrote them. Their business is no longer where is used to be and their website is also gone! I have lost my car and money to these rogue traders

Great service from the first minute. We purchased our Audi A5 2010 from Mark and paul recently and i must say we couldnt of asked for a better car. After looking at other cars at other dealers in the area we came across Fernside Motors with thier wide range of cars and professional approach we automatically felt comfortable buying a car from them.
