The staff is very helpful and friendly there. Me and my partner needed to obtain a document immediately to bring overseas and even though there were no appointment dates for the next 2 weeks in advance - the lovely members of the team saw us and helped straight away after their working hours. It is extremely rare for any public services to be that great so I want to say publicly THANK YOU! Words are not enough to say how appreciative I am for help. Special thanks to Debbie for understanding us and our situation, and hope that people like her would more a common thing.

Been on the phone for hours trying to get through to someone. Trying to register my child's birth just wish I never picked Croydon. They send you away to the website so they can hang up and nothing works on the website.
