Insurance paid about 10,300 and my Mother paid another 5000 , for a small roof job. Average roofing in her area is around 7000. It's not a large roof. She paid, the insurance paid, and now they are demanding another 5000.- from this 80 year old woman. I've told her not to pay unless they can prove this is a 20,000 roof job by providing a detailed list, which I'm sure they won't be able to do.

Never heard of them or contacted them. They called me for 4 days straight so far multiple times a day told them no stop calling. Showd up at my house told them no shut the door on them. If I need a service I will not contact them
Best decision ever! Dan got me top dollar and really went above and beyond on my behalf, could've never got anywhere myself with my insurance. Learned a lot too! Worth every penny and then some!
I am pleased to write this review. We were in need of a new roof and gutter repair and were uncertain where to begin. The hail damage was evident but my husbands first contact with our insurance company was non productive.That is where Crosscom became an asset. They went to bat for us and secured us a new roof and gutters. Crosscom's representative, Chris, was professional and patient. He answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. The roof and gutter work was completed on the agreed upon days and the workers were polite and professional. We are happy with our new roof and gutters and would recommend Crosscom Public Adjusters to others.
