Very very bad experience with this company. Shipped my car overseas and they don’t know how to handle customers or have any respect. My car is scratched, missing wheels cap. They’re fee it’s pretty high and the list goes on, and most important off all stay away from Frau Galina she doesn't take any responsibility for her mistakes.

Very disappointed and upset to say the least. We just received the car from Germany full of scratches pictures to follow. From the beginning of our experience with them after sending the car We had no reply to our emails and it took us 3 days of international phone calls to get a hold of them to check the status of our car. Do not do any kind of business with them, they are a Rip off do not use them trust me very unprofessional, rude, negligent and uncaring. It destroyed our car.

A very unpleasant experience. Recently I brought a car from USA and this company handled the car in Bremerhaven port in Germany. Days in row I’ve tried to contact them to inform what documents they need from me and what taxes and fees I need To pay for the car to be picked up. Because of the unprofessional service they provided I’ve ended up paying storage fees to them but the bad part about all this experience with them is that the car had a lot of scratches when it was picked up from them. This is the first and last time when I’m gonna work with them and I’m advising everybody not to make the mistake I made.
