Been a member since January, very good local sports centre, plenty of classes, spinning is quite brutal, but enjoyable... Gym itself is well stocked also.

Caruso's Tea Room with Caribbean Food

Great gym and helpful staff. Gave it a 4 star due to lack of some training machines but that can't be helped due to the size of the gym.

Small and very welcoming leisure centre with great classes including Spin. I'm yet to try the gym but the place has a very friendly vibe and prices are very reasonable!
