This is a small Telus store. I feel I get very good service here, I always have. Been going here, and only here for the past 8 years, to have all my cell phone services done by these people. This location treats you as a person, and as a friend. The staff are fairly knowledgeable and helpful. You don't feel rushed, even if there are people waiting, they still look after you and always make sure you have been served the best they can. I highly recommend this store!

Awesome pay your cell bill n but phones ect...staff are very helpful... only thing need to be open on Saturdays even every second.

The fact that I work at a TELUS location, and they would not answer my call from my store is an absolute joke.
Once the system was installed, CRF washed their hands clean and support was gone despite paying for 3 years of support. They simply ignore calls, ignore emails including the owner of the company. Our system still has major issues that continue to remain unsolved.
Darcy Latta is the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I've dealt with, I go here for all my cellular needs
