Outstanding work by Stephan and his team. Had a few quotes before and was losing faith due to the amount of cowboys out there. But then found Glow Stoves. Came and gave the quote when he said. Booked the job in and called week before to check. Turned up nice and early and cracked on. Minimum mess, little touches done and fantastic result. I will be using him again to get the other stove in the year, and I highly recommend this company.

Wow, where do I start! Professional, reliable, good communication and quality products and craftsmanship. Stephen may come across as a smooth talking salesman, but he has the right to do so because he is quite simply first class in all areas of making customers like us happy. He came highly recommended from our new Nextdoor neighbours. With that in mind and Covid issues, we expected lead times to be many months away after me moved in. How wrong we were! He managed to squeeze us in 10 days or so before our move in date. He guided us through the best stoves, (wood burner) the does and don’ts and the difference between direct flow and indirect. We went to his shop in Holmes Chapel and helped us (his colleagues) with choosing the best stove to suit our needs. The stove that we choose was out of stock and installation was 27th November 2020. Unfortunately the fire didn’t arrive in stock in time, but Stephen called in advance to notify us of the delay. To be honest we didn’t think that the stove would be installed before the flooring installation. But I was wrong and a couple of days later the stove turned up and got installed. The installation is a pretty messy job, but the guys clean up as if the stove was already in place. Their skilled work his of high quality as is the stove. The mantle needed installing a couple of days after the fire installation because the plaster needed time to dry. Stephen never once asked for a deposit or money upfront, met all of our expectations and provided us with such a fabulous quality stove with care and skill. The only negative is that I now have to paint the walls (joking) I would highly recommend Glow Stoves Ltd and Stephen and his skilled team. TOO QUALITY, TOO SERVICE, TOP JOB

Helping us to choose the right log burner for our lounge: giving sound advice based on excellent knowledge of stoves and type of home we have. Competitively priced, would ring us immediately if we had any questions and the fitting was extremely professional and tidy!
