Ive tried getting in contact numerous times and none have returned my calls. My card was locled for almost no reason and now they refuse to respond to me. they used to be a good bank but im at a point where i may wind up transfering my bank.

I thought being my personal credit union for more than 6 years. I would have little to no issues with receiving a personal loan @ a good rate with this credit union. I have good credit. Great credit to debt ratio, However much to my surprise that wasn't level headed thinking. What I did receive was a offer less then requested for a high interest rate. I was kinda shocked. W hen I asked how this could be? they said that what they came up with? So I went on to Wells Fargo now about to close this account.

The staff are great: Friendly and helpful. However, their online banking is ancient and continuously kicks you out (times out even though you are actually active in the account online.) I am looking to move my account due to this terrible online system. If you are just looking to put money in and take it out, or have minor issues the staff is quick to respond and very very helpful. I would love to give this institution a better rating but the frustration from their online system just doesn't allow it.

Staff members are extremely rude, stated that they would pass my info on to the president of the bank but that she had no obligation to speak with me. WTH? They want to change my payment for 600 a month to 900 because of a mistake that was actually theirs! Who has ever heard of \paid by held funds\ fee?! Especially when no hold ever goes through!
