I had them come out at my address to replace a kitchen faucet (I provided) and install a shut off on the hot water side. The quote was incredibly high 847 but I just needed it done. I was fully expecting to get a quarter turn ball vale installed for this incredibly high price instead their tech just threaded on a gate valve to the end something I could have done myself why would I contact a plumber to thread a connector on and then also pay them 847 to do it. Will never use their services in the future my suggestion is to beware of them at all costs

The team was here on time, did all that needed to be done to replace my heating/air and did it all in one day. Jimmy explained all that was done and they were all so professional. He pulled all permits and the electricians came and did all they needed to do. I have told all my friends and recommended Cranney to them. The technician was very nice and polite. Unfortunately the head office sent the wrong tech out because they were patronizing and did not pay attention to the type of heating system i was describing. They installed the system so you would think the people making the appointment would be familiar with the system. Instead now another tech must be sent out. So now they wasted my time and the techs time. Very disappointed with the schedulers. The tech was very nice, just wrong one.

Was quoted 49 plus cost to repair over the phone. Upon arrival, was charged 431 for a five-minute diagnosis, tech filled out remainder of time inspecting unrelated equipment and training apprentice. Upon requesting a partial refund to align cost with actual scope of work, office cited my signature was on file and work was done. Eight hours following visit, thermostat shutdown due to a wiring error. Cranny apparently supports their employees and not their customers.

Bianca, Kaeleigh and Leo have been very helpful with reminders and setting up our appointments. Cranney provides everything we need under one roof. We almost feel like we are part of the family!
